LISBON -- Ryan Wade Virden, 29, Spillway Road, Lisbon, waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Columbiana County Municipal Court and was bound over to the grand jury of the common pleas court for a charge of having weapons while under disability. Virden allegedly had a Glock 9 mm handgun on Feb. 22 when he has two prior felony convictions.
A March 8 preliminary hearing and pretrial were set for Skyler D. Devore, 20, Wooster, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly driving on Wednesday a 2001 dark green Ford Focus, which was reported stolen in Wooster. Additionally, Devore is charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, two lights displayed and a stop sign violation.
Charles William Stull, 35, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool, was fined $775, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to control and expired registration.
Mark Stephen Gfeller, 54, Wallace Street, Alliance, was fined $850, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and speeding.
Tylor Lewis Kelly, 22, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, was fined $825, had his license suspended for a year, required 55 hours community service and required to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and driving under suspension.
Ryan G. O'Donnell, 26, Highland Avenue, Salem, was fined $400, credited with three days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for a headlights violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Curtis A. Peeples, 37, Washington Street, Leetonia, was fined $475, had his license suspended for 180 days, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for hit skip/leave scene, driving under FRA suspension and failure to yield.
Desiree Ingledue, 23, North Lincoln Avenue Salem, was fined $250, had her license suspended for 180 days, credited with two days in jail and sentenced to an additional five days in jail after she was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia after a trial to the court on Wednesday.
Thomas L. Castilloux, 28, Youngstown, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business. On Dec. 21, deputies responded to a 911 call, which included a lot of background yelling before someone hung-up. The call had been received by Boardman police from a Scott Drive, Alliance, address. Castilloux was acting wild, punched a window breaking it and was uncooperative with deputies taking him to a hospital.
Curtis J. Elliott, 35, Deerfield, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
Donald Paul Cochran, 51, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and a headlights violation.
Erin Rae Atkinson, 37, Pembrooke Drive, Salem, was fined $125 for wrongful entrustment and a turn signal violation.
Brandon Toothman, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 after he was found in contempt of court for failing to appear on a subpoena as a witness in a case on Aug. 3.
Cody Lynn Gibson, 27, Williard Road, Hanoverton, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
A March 6 pretrial was set for Alyssa Marie Dimuzio, 21, Benton Road, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.
A March 6 pretrial was set for Joseph R. Urgitus, 33, East Grant Street, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly forcing his way into a home on Tuesday, striking an unnamed person across the face two or three times leaving red marks and shoving the person into a kitchen counter before throwing an alcoholic beverage into the person's eyes.
A March 8 pretrial was set for Jasper W. Sloat, 18, Alden Avenue, Alliance, charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing lottery tickets without paying for them at the Duke and Duchess gas station in Alliance on Nov. 25 and Nov. 28.
An April 12 pretrial was set for Breanna Noel Shreve, 20, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, cited with driving under OVI suspension, failure to display a valid sticker and a seat belt violation.
Charges of domestic violence and criminal damaging against Diovanny Duran, 25, East Fifth Street, Salem, were dismissed. Duran had been accused of striking the vehicle owned by Steven Centofanti with a mop and pushed his fiance Sierra Centofanti several times, including into a book shelf on April 17.
