-- Dustin D. Trybend, 18, Newgarden Avenue, Salem, was northbound on state Route 9 in Butler Township at 3:48 a.m. Sept. 2 and went left of center off the left side into a tree and a mailbox. He was cited for failure to control, OVI, obstructing official business, seat belt and hit-skip. He was also taken to the Salem hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
-- Samuel E. Hruska, 23, Homestead, Pa., was eastbound on Buffalo Road in Hanover Township at 8:53 a.m. Sunday and went off the left side into an embankment and rolled over. He was cited for failure to control.
-- William J. Baker, 33, Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, was eastbound on Miller Road in Salem Township at 12:37 a.m. Sept. 3 and accelerated at a rapid rate while making a northbound turn on Lisbon Road and went off the right side into a ditch, a tree, and overturned. He was cited for willful disregard for safety.

Beatty, 30, Old Lincoln Highway, East Liverpool, was southbound on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 9:42 p.m. Wednesday and went off the right side and then re-entered the road and went left of center off the left side into a ditch and a fire hydrant and overturned. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.
-- Alison Joy Barbee, 18, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, pulled from a stop sign at Metz Road onto state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 5:40 p.m. Sunday into the path of Angelica M. Cammerota, 25, Cleveland. Barbee was cited for right of way and Cammerota was cited for occupant restraining devices.
-- Taylor R. Steede, 23, Sebring, was westbound on Hartley Road in Knox Township at 2:53 p.m. Thursday and went off the right side into a utility pole. He was cited for failure to control and taken to the Alliance hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
-- MIchael J. Pokego, 41, Valley Street, East Palestine, and Bradley Michael Marlo, 22, Roberts Road, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 2:45 p.m. Thursday and Marlo slowed for traffic and was struck by Pokego. Pokego was cited for assured clear distance.
-- Samuel L. Wherry, 29, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, failed to yield from a stop sign on state Route 518 in Madison Township at 9:01 p.m. Aug. 31 while pulling onto U.S. 30 and struck Paul W. Treese, 79, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool. Wherry was cited for stop sign.
-- Linda M. Helman, 30, U.S. 62, Salem, was northbound on Steubenville Pike in Washington Township at 5:10 p.m. Sept. 2 and went off the right side and over-corrected and went left of center to the far left side and lost control and went back off the right side into a ditch and overturned. She was cited for failure to control.
-- Jessica May Hodge, 41, state Route 558, New Waterford, was westbound on state Route 558 in Salem Township at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 4 and attempted to pass Walter L. Newton, 58, state Route 558, Leetonia, to avoid a collision after Newton pulled from a stop sign on Gavers Road and struck him as he attempted to turn left into a private drive. Newton cited for assured clear distance.
