COLUMBIANA
-- Trista Lynn Brock, Park Court, reported at 7:20 p.m. Sunday someone was harassing her over the phone. Police told her she could seek a protection order through Common Pleas Court.
-- Police were called to the area of 300 Main Street for a report of a domestic dispute at 12:44 a.m. Monday. After an investigation it was determined that no crime was committed and a game of beer pong was being played.
-- Police were called to Reichard Industries on South main Street at 10:50 a.m. Friday for a report that an Appalachian trailer was missing from their lot. Police spoke with the company's risk manager, who said the company noticed the trailer missing when it came time to renew the registration sticker and that the company has not seen the trailer since May of 2017 and that it could be in Florida. The risk manager also told police there is the possibility the previous company owner may have sold the trailer before passing away. An investigation is pending.
-- Police were called to the area of South Main and Railroad streets at 12:36 a.m. Saturday for a report of a possible assault. Police spoke with Joseph G. Theron and Linda Bond. Theron said he was assaulted by approximately six men at Shellabella's restaurant. Police noticed Theron was not wearing any shoes, and when asked, Theron said they may have been stolen in the altercation. Theron also told police he may have blinded someone by poking their eye out with his finger. Theron allegedly also began making random derogatory remarks regarding the race of other patrons and was asked to stop and became belligerent and swung at someone confronting him. Others joined in on detaining Theron from causing any further issues and ushered him out of the establishment, at which point he began screaming and cussing while walking down South Main Street, which is where a police officer first noticed him. Police spoke with the Shellabella's management, which said that they did not believe Theron had been over-served and appeared to have been "drunk out of nowhere." The management told police they did not want Theron or Bond to be trespass warned and decided that should he return, he will be closely monitored on being served drinks. Everyone involved did not want to pursue anything further and no one had any apparent injuries, especially to anyone's eyes, police noted. No charges were filed and police gave Theron and Bond a courtesy ride to their home on Colonial Drive.
LISBON
-- A clerk at Smith Oil reported someone in a black Toyota pickup truck drove off without paying for $46 in gasoline at 12:26 p.m. Monday. Police determined the truck belonged to Charles Ammon. Wellsville police contacted Ammon, and the bill will be paid.
-- An elderly woman fell in her basement on Sunset Drive at 12:26 p.m. Monday. Police and firefighters had to break into the rear door to gain access, and an ambulance arrived but the woman declined treatment. She was helped up the steps to the kitchen, where neighbors and friends remained with her.

-- Police Chief Dan Valentine received a report at 10 a.m. Monday from a resident in the 4100 block of McCracken Road advising of a call from someone claiming to be from the IRS informing them that there is a problem with their account and to contact them immediately to resolve the matter or the police will be notified. The complainant was made aware this call was a scam.
LEETONIA
-- Police responded to Pine Street at 12:08 a.m. Monday. The complainant advised her television set was ripped from the wall and stolen. She found mud tracks on her kitchen floor and the kitchen window open. Photos were taken and several items were taken to have fingerprints lifted. The complainant believes it is her ex-husband and a friend. Further investigation is ongoing.
-- At 5:20 p.m. Monday, police made a traffic stop on Columbia Street for a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The driver and passenger were acting irate and the driver advised his passenger had sustained an injury and was in need of medical attention. Observed was a laceration to the inner thigh above the knee that was approximately six inches long. Police escorted them to the police department to await EMS and while waiting an officer obtained gauze and paper towels and instructed the injured person to apply pressure until EMS arrived.
