LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court Jessica M. Carlisle-Rallings, 26, Euclid, was fined $100, given credit for one day served, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for theft.
Tyler L. Morrison, 20, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for reckless operation.
Thomas M. Wolbert, 47, Canton, was fined $75 for speeding.
Zachary Dalton Plumley, 27, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Daniel Taylor, 50, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $450 for driving under suspension, failure to reinstate, and domestic violence for grabbing his wife by the hair and punching her in the face and stomping on her ankle on Sept. 19 in Lisbon.
Jeffrey J. Frantz, 53, Gavers Road, Lisbon, was fined $900, placed on one year probation and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Stephanie E. Herstine, 23, England Drive, East Palestine, was fined $1,200, placed on one year probation, required 10 hours community service and had her driver's license suspended 180 days for driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.
Dale L. Knag, 38, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $50 for use of unauthorized plate and failure to display valid sticker.
Richard E. Parrish, 46, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disturbing the peace.
A Dec. 20 pretrial was set for Jason R. Cusick, 44, Cameron Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and seat belt.
Dec. 10 pretrials were set for Jeremy D. Nixon, 36, Akron, charged with marked lanes, marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Steven M. Pinciaro, 55, state Route 14, East Palestine, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to kill Nicholas Conway with guns and shotguns at the Vittle Village in Unity Township on Sept. 30.
A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for Julie A. Toot, 54, West Pine Street, Lisbon, charged with theft for stealing bacon, butter and several other cold items from the Lisbon Dollar General with her husband David Toot on Sept. 23.
A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for David A. Toot, 63, West Pine Street, Lisbon, charged with two counts of theft.
Oct. 9 pretrials were set for Samantha Renee Van Scyoc, 21, Pass Lane, Lisbon, charged with open container in a vehicle, OVI offense, failure to control, failure to yield and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
An Oct. 18 court trial was set for Thomas R. Fontanella, 69, Wampum, Pa., charged with speeding.
