LISBON -- Danny L. Koster, 65, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to receiving stolen property for a Caterpillar 420D backhoe belonging to Butch and McCree Paving Co. he had on Feb. 25, 2017. Koster is facing up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Feb. 4.
A no bill of indictment was issued for Robert L. Thorn, Jr., 58, Toledo, by the county grand jury in November. Thorn had been accused of drug abuse for alleged cocaine.
