LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court Robert L. Porada Jr., 43, New Waterford, was fined $100, sentenced 120 days jail, placed on two years probation and required 20 hours community service for theft and obstructing official business.
Daniel A. Grimes, 27, East Liverpool, was fined $780, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and driving too slow.
Joseph L. Wounaris, 34, Berlin Center, was fined $230, placed on one year probation and required 20 hours community service for driving under non-compliance suspension and tail lights.
Allen B. Cobbs, 39, Canton, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and clear view.
Alisa A. Urbain, 48, Salem, was fined $150, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and to attend anger management classes for disorderly conduct.
Shawdie A. Padilla, 30, Akron, disorderly conduct, assault on a peace officer and assault cases bound over to county common pleas court. Padilla is charged from the Oct. 31 incident on West View Avenue in Salem in which she reportedly back-handed an officer across the face after being found attempting to enter a home that did not belong to her while reportedly being intoxicated.
Charles R. Courtney III, 33, Salem, was fined $30 for seat belt.
Bryce Andrew Walker, 19, Salem, was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brandon J. Zepernick, 25, Kensington, was fined $400, sentenced 20 days jail, with credit for two days served, and placed on two years probation for carrying concealed weapon and drug paraphernalia.
Derrick D. Dixon, 40, Akron, was fined $150 for driving under FRA suspension.
Charles H. Hoschar, 38, Sebring, was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Justin M. Cosma, 45, Salem, was fined $30 for seat belt.
Jerry S. Holben, 43, Lisbon, was fined $75 for fictitious plates.
A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Justin A. Cosma, 45, Salem, charged with failure to file tax return.
A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Travis Diekmann, 33, Washingtonville, charged with endangering children.
Dec. 17 pretrials were set for Anthony C. Smith, 21, Salem, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, and obstructing official business.
A Dec. 31 review hearing was set for Maynard L. Clark, 50, Columbiana, charged with fugitive from justice.
