Kaiser, 62, Homeworth, was northbound on state Route 644 in Franklin Township at 9 a.m. Monday and was struck by Kara Lee Boone, 17, Hanoverton, who was southbound and went left of center. After impact, Kaiser went off the west side into a guardrail and Boone went off the east side into a ditch. Boone was cited for left of center.
-- Robert Brown, 47, Lisbon, was northbound on Black Road in Center Township at 3:30 p.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a fence, then a field and back into a fence. He was cited for failure to control.
-- Carsen Trop, 23, Salem, was stopped northbound on Carey Road in Butler Township at 12:55 p.m. Monday and failed to yield from a stop sign and struck Paul I. Vanpelt, 74, Columbiana, who was westbound on Georgetown Road. Trop was cited for failure to yield.
-- Caitlynn Marie Parks, 19, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 164 in Center Township at 9:17 p.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a mailbox and a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.
-- Jimmie Lee Davis, 26, Salineville, was northbound on state Route 45 in Madison Township at 6:02 p.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a utility pole. He was cited for failure to control.
-- James Robert Lamp, 43, Summitville, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 5:04 p.m. Thursday and went off the left side into a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.
-- Edward Taylor, 20, Baden, Pa., was westbound on U.S. 30 in Madison Township at 3:32 p.m. Monday and in the right lane and was sideswiped by Robert Brown, 47, Lisbon, who was westbound on U.S. 30 in the left lane and then entered the right lane. Brown was cited for lanes of travel.
