LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Kevin S. Frazier, 37, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and sentenced 19 days jail for possession of a drug abuse instrument.
Kierra D. Raynes, 21, East Palestine, was fined $100, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for endangering children.
Chase L. May, 33, Hanoverton, domestic violence and assault charges dismissed.
Steven M. Colian, 39, Salem, was fined $300, sentenced 40 days jail, placed two years probation, required to attend substance abuse classes and had his license suspended six months for possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ashley Marie Patton, 36, Austintown, was fined $100 for speeding.
Sarah M. McNutt, 28, Canton, was fined $125 and had her driver's license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana and display of license plate.
Charlene M. Sias, 41, Lisbon, was fined $250, placed on one year probation and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
