Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Aug. 14 for Anthony Carosiello, 39, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly hitting another man with his vehicle after an alleged road rage incident on June 3 in Wellsville. Salem — Officers responded to the 900 block of North Ellsworth Avenue at 11:30 a.m. Saturday for a reported domestic in progress. The caller advised that their brother had started yelling at her and headbutted her and had a large red mark on her forehead. Officers spoke with the brother, Robert Nye Jr., 56, Salem, who denied headbutting his sister and that the incident was verbal. Officers took Nye into custody for domestic violence and transported him to the police department for processing prior to transport to the Columbiana County Jail.
