Bill and Nora Salmen of Columbiana were surprised to find a sign in their yard telling about their 65th anniversary on June 4. The Salmens have three children, Steve (Debbie) Salmen, Joe (Sherry) Salmen and Sara (Bill) Clarke; four grandchildren Jonathan (Sara) Salmen, Stacey (Jake) Montini, Justin (Katelyn) Salmen and Natasha Salmen; and twin great-granddaughters Violet and Juniper Salmen.
