Isabelle weighed 8.02 pounds and was 19 3/4 inches long. She joins a sister, Hayley Grace Miller, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Mike and Debbie Bailey of Alliance.

Paternal grandparents are Richard and Kay Miller of Salem.

Great-grandparents are Jean Bailey of Kenova, W. Va., and George and Gladys Grove of Beloit.
