Carolyn Benedict and stepfather Dan Benedict of Columbiana are announcing the engagement of their son, Brad Ludwig, to Erin Holt. She is the daughter of Tim Holt of Allentown, Pa., and Karen Holt of Macungie, Pa.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and honors in journalism. She currently works as a public affairs specialist at Lehigh Valley Health Network.
The prospective bridegroom, a 2007 graduate of Mount Union College with a bachelor’s degree in sport management, is a manager of group sales with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
The couple is planning an October wedding at Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Macungie, Pa.
