Karl and Carrie Blissenbach of Lisbon are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Emilie Blissenbach, to Forrest Raschilla. He is the son of Curt and Terri Raschilla of New Waterford.

The bride-to-be graduated from Southern Local High School and Kent State University. She is employed at Lisbon Veterinary Clinic as an inventory manager.

Forrest graduated from Crestview Local High School and Kent State University. He is employed at Southwoods Health as a network administrator.

A Nuptial Mass will be held at St. George Catholic Church in Lisbon Dec. 2, with a reception to follow. Invitations have been sent for both events. The couple will honeymoon in Alaska.
