The sign outside the Lock 24 restaurant in Elkton says it all. The popular local restaurant closed in July after being purchased by the owner/operator of the Casa De Emanuel restaurant in East Liverpool. The owner recently announced on Facebook that Lock 24 will reopen sometime this month as the Casa Steak, Seafood & Smokehouse. The purchase also went through the real estate transactions, with the restaurant being sold to RLAL Inc. for $195,000. (Salem News photo by Tom Giambroni)
