LISBON -- Police Chief Mike Abraham said that there was an incident on the 800 block of North Market Street at approximately 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. A black male FedEx driver was attempting to cross the street when a white male passenger in a vehicle directed a racial slur at him and spit on him. WKBN First News aired an emotional video from the FedEx employee, identified as 23-year-old Brandon Brackins, a Cleveland native. "We do have a couple different leads," Abraham said. "We're not sure if the vehicle was from town being that it happened on state Route 45 that runs through Lisbon." The incident is under investigation.
