SALEM -- The schedule for the 2023 Street Paving Program has been announced.
Work began Tuesday, with the grinding and milling of pavement, with asphalt paving to follow.
This year's slated schedule of construction includes: Shady Lane from East 14th Street to the end of the cul-de-sac; 17th Street from North Lincoln to Shady Lane; East 15th Street from Westview Drive to Shady Lane and from the dead end to Westview Drive; Westview Drive from Sunset Boulevard to 15th Street; East 14th Street from the dead end to Westview Drive and the dead end to North Lincoln; Eastview Drive from Sunset Boulevard to 15th Street; Newgarden Avenue from south of the railroad tracks to the city limits; the entirety of Mullins Street; Southeast Boulevard from Franklin to Ridgewood; Aetna Street from South Ellsworth Avenue to South Lincoln Avenue; and the overlay of asphalt on Ridgewood from South Union Avenue to Southeast Boulevard.
