Members of the Salem High band have been busy readying for the upcoming season which opens Friday versus Poland at Sebo Stadium. Kickoff is 7 p.m. The band, under the direction of Hannah Dickson, consists of 123 members, including wind instrumentalists, percussion, flagline, majorettes, drum majors and managers. The band is completing the final days of a three-week band camp. Shown are images taken last week at camp. Besides the football season and local parades, Salem will participate in the Oct. 14 East Palestine Band Show and host its Marching Band Concert Oct. 22 at Sebo Stadium. The band will travel to Norfolk, Va. in April to participate in the NATO Parade of Nations.
