The Salem Summer Concert Series is celebrating Alumni Night this Sunday at 6 p.m. with the music of Jimmy and the Soul Blazers. This American soul and funk band from Alliance has played for audiences since 1966. Extra features for this event are "Cars of the Decades," proudly displayed by their owners, and the restored Frostop Mug with alumni autographs. Special raffle baskets donated by the Salem High School Alumni Association will be offered as prizes in a 50-50 raffle. Admission is free. Tickets will be sold for a 50/50 drawing and prizes are donated by local businesses. Attendees are reminded to bring lawn chairs. A food vendor will be available to purchase food and soft drinks. Parking is accessible from North Lincoln Avenue off of Sunset Boulevard and by entering Waterworth Memorial Park at Superior Avenue.
