LISBON -- In-office early absentee voting at the Columbiana County Board of Elections started Wednesday, with more than 40 voters already casting ballots for the March 19 primary.
County Board of Elections Director Kim Fusco described the voting as steady this first day.
The schedule to vote in person at the office, located on Dickey Drive, is the following: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday now until March 8; 8 a.m to 4 p.m. March 9; 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 11; 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 12, which is the last day to request an absentee ballot by mail; 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 13 through March 15; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 16; and the last day is 1 to 5 p.m. March 17.
The polls will be open at the precincts only on Election Day from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 19.
