SALEM - On Feb. 19, Salem Regional Medical Center (SRMC) will open a new facility in Canfield that will house a family medicine practice and advanced radiology services.
Located at 5002 Millennial Lane in Canfield at the intersection of state Route 224 and Palmyra Road, the facility will offer patients convenient access to comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services.

SRMC Primary Care Canfield Providers
Family Medicine providers Joseph Miladore, M.D., and Kyle R. Marshall, FNP-C, will provide a full range of primary care services for patients of all ages, including preventative and wellness care, sick visits and chronic disease management. Miladore also specializes in providing women's healthcare for all ages.
Both providers are accepting new patients and can take appointments at SRMC Primary Care -Canfield, 5002 Millennial Lane; or SRMC Primary Care- Salem, 2020 E. State St., Suite C.
ARC Medical Imaging
ARC Medical Imaging, an independent diagnostic testing facility, will be located within the Canfield facility, providing onsite diagnostic services including CT scans, 3D mammograms, digital X-rays and walk-in availability for certain services.
Open House
An Open House will be held for the public from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the new facility and learn about the new services, in addition to meeting the providers. Refreshments and giveaways will also be provided. There is no RSVP required to attend the event.
Office Hours & Walk-in Appointments
SRMC Primary Care - Canfield will be open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. ARC Medical Imaging will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with walk-in availability for certain imaging services during regular office hours.
