In-home care provider Home Instead celebrated the opening of its first location in Columbiana County at 657 E. State St. in Courtyard Square with a presentation of the colors by the Disabled Americans Chapter Two Mahoning County Color Guard, a ribbon cutting by the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, snacks and basket raffle Thursday. In addition to opening the new office in Salem Home Instead has also opened a new training facility at 333 Jennings Ave.
