Lindsay Fraas, left, was sworn in as the city’s newest part-time patrol officer by Mayor Cyndi Baronzzi Dickey Monday. Fraas is a 2008 United Local alum and graduated from the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center Police Academy in 2025.
