Lisbon police suspend officer
LISBON — Lisbon Police Patrolman Shawn Reynolds, of Lisbon, was suspended with pay on Monday, but Lisbon Police Chief Mike Abraham said he could not release any details at this time regarding the reason.
All he would say was that the situation was under investigation.
“This all came to us yesterday (Monday),” Abraham said.
Reynolds joined the department in September 2024 and previously worked at the Perry Township Police Department as an officer.
According to Abraham, the department must go through the administrative process and is working to get more information.
“We’re just at the beginning of this,” he said.
When asked if this was a criminal case, all he would say is that it is under investigation.
No other information was released.
