YOUNGSTOWN -- The Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Missing Child Alert for Zeniah Diaz, 13, who is missing. Zeniah was last seen July 27 in Youngstown.
She was last seen wearing pajama pants and a gray shirt. She is believed to be with her noncustodial father, Hiram Diaz, 59. The alert is for Mahoning County and surrounding counties, Columbiana, Portage, Stark and Trumbull.
Law enforcement officials said they are very concerned for her safety. Anyone who has seen Zeniah or has information on her location is asked to call 911 or the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office at 330-480-4900.
The sheriff's office states that the incident involving Zeniah took place on Kendis Circle on Youngstown's East Side.
Zeniah is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 80 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Hiram Diaz is white, 5-foot-6 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
