LORDSTOWN (WKBN) – The Lordstown Police Department responded to a fatal motorcycle crash on Saturday afternoon.
Police responded to state Route 45 south of Salt Springs Road in Lordstown shortly before 1 p.m.
Police said that Ronald Shasteen, 64, of Salem, was traveling on a motorcycle southbound when another vehicle pulled out of a business located on the west side of the road. The two vehicles collided, and Shasteen died, according to police.
Charges have not been filed against the driver of the other vehicle.
The Lordstown Fire Department and the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
