When officers arrived at the residence, they located Seddon behind the residence, who was allegedly "actively huffing a can of keyboard duster."
The caller alleged that Seddon had not only threatened to harm him and his property on Thursday, but had threatened to kill him the night before, although the caller did not report the alleged threat.
