SALEM -- The Brightside Project is putting an elegant twist on its popular monthly bingo fundraiser with a special Brightside Benefit Masquerade Bingo on Thursday, Oct. 29, at The Brightside Project,
located at 1909 N. Ellsworth Ave.
The evening will combine the excitement of traditional bingo with a glamorous blue-and-gold masquerade theme, special prizes, delicious desserts and plenty of surprises, all while raising funds to support children throughout Columbiana County and rural Mahoning County.
Doors will open at 5 p.m., with bingo beginning at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $25 per person and includes a traditional 9-on bingo game packet.
Guests are encouraged to embrace the masquerade theme by wearing their favorite masks and elegant attire, but festive attire is not required; come as you feel most comfortable. A Masquerade Mask Contest will recognize participants in three categories: Most Elegant, Most Creative and People's Choice.
In addition to traditional bingo, the evening will feature:
• Mystery Golden Envelope Prizes: Special bonus prizes awarded in addition to regular bingo winnings.
• Masquerade Mystery Game: A special twist on traditional bingo prizes.
• Elegant Cash Dessert Bar: A selection of decadent desserts available for purchase.
• Masquerade Photo Booth: An opportunity to capture memories from the evening.
• Pull-Tabs and Special Games: Additional opportunities for fun and prizes throughout the night.
"Brightside Benefit Bingo has become such a wonderful opportunity to bring people together for a great cause," said Lisa Vittorio, co-founder and co-director of The Brightside Project. "We have an incredible group of players who continue to support our mission month after month. Our special event bingo nights are a way to add a little extra excitement, create memorable experiences, and bring even more people together to help children in our community."
