PERRY TOWNSHIP — The board of trustees approved repair costs in its meeting Monday. The trustees unanimously approved the repair of one of the police department’s radar systems by PB Electronics for $645. The trustees also approved the purchase of cement cubes for storm drain repairs at a cost of $1,000. Leetonia council approves purchase of new police vehicle

LEETONIA — Village council approved the purchase of a new vehicle for the police department in its recent meeting. Council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado for the police department from Asia Motor Inc. Police Chief Allen Haueter said the Silverado would cost $54,000 and come fully outfitted for service.
