Wesleyan College holding dedication
SALEM -- Allegheny Wesleyan College is inviting the public to the D.R. Kaufman Memorial Building Dedication from 6 to 11:30 Friday.
An open house will be held at 6 p.m., dedication at 7:30 p.m. and activities 9:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
Library to offer St. Patrick's Day craft
LEETONIA - Visitors to the Leetonia Community Public Library can make a St. Patrick's Day Take-Home Craft during business hours March 9 through 17. The craft will be a Rainbow Chain. For all ages.
Wreaths for Vets dinner planned
SEBRING-- Wreaths for Veterans will host its Second Annual Murder Mystery Dinner, "Murder at the Midnight Hour," at 5:30 p.m. March 28 at Heritage Oaks Banquet Center.
Tickets are $40 per person which includes appetizers, dinner, dessert and open bar.

St. Paul Church hosting bus trip
SALEM-- St. Paul Church is offering a bus trip to two Pittsburgh shrines April 15. The morning guided tour will be at St. Anthony's Chapel, famous for housing over 5,000 relics, as well as a thorn from Christ's "crown of thorns," a splinter of the True Cross and a piece of stone from the Holy Sepulcher. The afternoon tour will be at St. Nicholas Croatian Catholic Church whose walls are covered with 25 murals with social justice themes.
The trip also includes a round trip ride on the Duquesne Incline and tour of its engine room museum, a "Hometown Hero" driving tour of the North Shore of Pittsburgh and a "Church Basement Lady Lunch."

Church to sponsor today's Banquet
SALEM-- Columbiana Presbyterian Church will sponsor the Banquet in Salem from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Salem Memorial Building. The menu will include chicken noodle soup, pork loin, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, applesauce, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit and ice cream sundaes.
