CCCTC March Attendance Award

1 min read

The Columbiana County Career and Technical Center strives to recognize students who are exhibiting the skills they need to be successful in the workforce when they graduate. One way of doing this is by rewarding exemplary attendance. Students who do not miss school grow up to be adults who do not miss work. The CCCTC recognizes the attendance student of the month by awarding them a $25 gift card to Dunkin Donuts. In March, 73 students had zero absences, tardies or early dismissals. All eligible students are placed in a drawing, and a student at random is chosen to be recognized for their exemplary attendance. This will be done on a monthly basis. Matthew Satterfield, an automotive technologies junior from United Local High School, was named the March Attendance Student of the Month.
