Leetonia Ruritans golf
Leetonia Ruritan Club will have the Scholarship Golf Scramble June 10 at Valley Golf Club, 41784 Cherry Fork Road, Columbiana. It is a four-person, nine-hole scramble. Tee times start at 1 p.m. Cost is $31.25 per person or $125 per four-person team, which will include green fees, lunch, beverages and two riding carts per four-person team. A $5,000 cash for hole in one is compliments of Holloway Insurance Co. Call Valley Golf Club to enter at 330-482-9464.
EP radio club meeting
The East Palestine Amateur Radio Club will meet at 6 p.m. June 6 at the club meeting building on state Route 14 in Unity. VE exams will be held at 7 p.m. for those wishing to get licensed or upgrade current license. FCC FRN number is needed prior to any new licensee exam. Library story stroll
Lepper Library Story Stroll along the Greenway Bike Trail will feature "Planting a Rainbow" by Lois Elhert May 27 through June 2. The Story Stroll starts near the Lisbon Trailhead on the Greenway Bike Trail just past mile marker '0.' Presented through a grant from the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services.
