Classic Car Show

Abundant Life Fellowship, 46469 state Route 46, will host its annual Classic Car Show from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday in its parking lot. Registration will begin at 3 p.m. for the show, which is sponsored by The Belonging ministry for girls and women. All proceeds will go toward a future conference presented by The Belonging. All makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles are invited to participate. Trophies will be awarded in the following categories: Mayor's Choice; Pastors' Choice and Public Choice in first, second and third places. A Chinese auction featuring a variety of gift baskets, gift cards and other items will be conducted as will a 50/50 raffle. Grill food including burgers, hot dogs, fries along with nachos with cheese and salsa, desserts and beverages will all be available for purchase.

CCCTC mum sale

The Landscape and Environmental Design program at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center is currently holding its annual mum sale. The mums are 8-inch pots, and the cost is $12. The mums are available in five different color categories: red/burgundy, yellow/gold, orange/bronze, purple/pink and white/cream. This is a preorder sale only, and orders will be taken from now until Sept. 8. Mums must be picked up between 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14 at the CCCTC-LED greenhouse located on the CCCTC campus. To order call the CCCTC LED program at 330-424-9561 extension 179 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Antique/Classic Car Show

Leetonia ITAM, 202 Main St., will host its 7th Annual Antique/Classic Car Show from noon to 4 p.m., with registration beginning at 11 a.m. Entry fee is $5, with a dashboard plaque for every car registered. There will be 10 trophies awarded, with eight for cars and two for motorcycles, and a People's Choice for all 10 trophies. The event will also feature a 50/50 raffle and giveaways. Italian sausage sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, fresh cut fries and more will be available for purchase.

Dine in or drive thru

Banquet in Salem

Friends of the Banquet will sponsor the dine in or drive thru Fourth Thursday Banquet in Salem Thursday from 5 p.m. until the food is gone at the Salem Memorial Building. The menu will include macaroni and cheese, peas, applesauce, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit and cookies. Dine in will park in designated area and proceed to front door. Drive thru will line up in the lot behind the building; one meal per individuals in the vehicle. No parking in library lot. For information or to sponsor a Banquet call Patty Colian at 330-831-2169.
