Nocturnal animals program
Dennis Imhoff, President of Beavercreek Wildlife Education Center, will share educational information about nocturnal animals along with an extensive display of them in taxidermy form at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Salem Public Library. Participants will learn how to spot them and which ones to avoid. This program is free of cost and open to all. A Little Live Music
A Little Live Music returns to the Salem Public Library this September. Kicking off this year's slate of musicians is Curtis Conser, a Salem area singer/songwriter, from 2 to 3 p.m. Sept. 17. A longtime volleyball coach at Geneva College and co-director of Infinity Volleyball Club in Salem, Conser began sharing his music publicly about five years ago. Some of his original work can be found on Spotify, YouTube, etc. This hour-long performance in free of cost and open to all.
