YSR Brass Band Christmas classics
The YSR Brass Band will perform Christmas classics by Bing Crosby, Leroy Anderson and Stan Kenton as well as modern takes on traditional favorites by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Crestview Performing Arts Center. The YSR Brass Band is an ensemble composed of professional musicians, teachers and students from Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Admission is free. A free will donation will be collected, with all proceeds benefiting the Crestview Music Department.
Pennsylvania Western Dean's List
CALIFORNIA, Pa. - Pennsylvania Western University has announced its Dean's List for the 2023 fall semester.
Degree-seeking undergraduate students who achieve high academic standards will be identified for placement on the Dean's List in accordance with the following criteria: the student must earn a minimum semester GPA of 3.40. The student must earn a minimum of 12 graded credits during the semester, not including credits by proficiency examinations, incomplete grades, temporary grades (e.g., Not Reported), or satisfactory/unsatisfactory grades
