An outreach of First Presbyterian Church in Columbiana, Celebrating Seniors provides a free program and lunch on the fourth Thursday of each month. Winter programs include cards, games and low-stakes bingo. Throughout the rest of the year programs include live music, storytelling, crafts and other presentations. An optional service of healing prayer is held prior to each lunch in a separate part of the building. In addition, Celebrating Seniors sponsors weekly chair yoga (Monday's at 10 a.m., $6) and will be hosting health and resource fairs later in 2024. All programs are handicapped accessible.
