CCCTC, American Red Cross partner for blood drive

According to the American Red Cross website, “Each day, the Red Cross needs to collect about 12,500 blood donations to meet the needs of patients at about 2,500 hospitals and other facilities across the country. T
he need for blood is constant. Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood.” The American Red Cross is responsible for supplying 40% of all blood products across the nation, promoting the importance of blood donations, and contributing to the community’s health and well-being.
The health academy students would like to thank Fox Den Pizza for their generous donation of pizza and the culinary students of the CCCTC for cookies and drinks.
