EP special council meeting

East Palestine will hold a special council meeting today at 6 p.m. to interview candidates for the village manager position. The interviews will be conducted in executive session per Ohio Revised Code.

Board game night on tap in Lisbon

Nourish Coffee, located at 8 S. Park Ave. in Lisbon, will hold a board game night Friday from 6:30 to 9 pm. The kitchen will be closed but drinks will be available for purchase and free popcorn. Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks.

Martial arts event at DAHS

McLaughlin’s Martial Arts will host Martial Arts Mayhem, a competition for youth and adults on Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at Lisbon’s David Anderson High School. The event will feature kata, weapons, self defense and chanbara.
