The Salem Quaker City Band will kick off the 2025 concert series this Sunday, June 1, at 6 p.m. at Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem. The band, under the direction of Robert Barnett, will be playing “Festive Favorites.” Admission is free. Tickets will be sold for 50/50 drawings and for prizes donated by local businesses and by friends of the concert series. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. A food vendor will be available to purchase food and soft drinks. Parking is available at the park’s Sunset Boulevard entrance, or the Superior Avenue entrance, with limited handicap accessible parking.
