COLUMBIANA — Leadership Columbiana County invites local businesses and nonprofits to a powerful media training session, “The Press Rehearsal,” on Friday, Aug. 8, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Columbiana Arts Theater, 5 N. Main St., Columbiana.

This interactive training will equip participants to confidently navigate media interviews, craft compelling press releases, and build strong relationships with local news outlets.

Three seasoned media professionals will share insider expertise: D.J. Yokley, founder and CEO of Your Sports Network (YSN); Robert McFerren, senior digital content manager, WFMJ; Jeff Schoch, former Vindicator editor, Youngstown State University faculty, and veteran journalist.

In addition to valuable media insights, all attendees will receive a free professional headshot, courtesy of Captured Moments Art, ensuring participants leave with a polished image to complement their professional brand.
