In the next Bites and Bits of History free lecture, Mahoning Valley Historical Society Collections Manager Jessica Trickett will share preventative strategies for keeping personal heirlooms from harm as well as handling techniques and storage materials that will aid in preservation. In addition, she will demonstrate storage techniques with acid free and archival quality storage materials, and will share resources for where to find them. The Bites and Bits of History lecture will be held at noon Sept. 18 in the Tyler History Center’s Thomas Ballroom.
