Indigo Family Theater presents ‘Murder on the Orient Express’

COLUMBIANA — Indigo Family Theater will present Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express, adapted for the stage by Ken Ludwig this weekend.
The play features a cast of 14 local actors and is directed by Sally Renee Tausch. Performances will be held Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn & Suites in Columbiana. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, and tickets can be purchased at the door, or online at indigofamilytheater.org.
One cold evening in the winter of 1934, Detective Hercule Poirot boards the Orient Express to travel across Europe for his next assignment. The train is unseasonably full of passengers, but all is well until the next morning, when it is discovered that one of the passengers has been murdered during the night! There is bad news for the killer, but good news for the audience: Poirot is on the case! With a train full of suspects, and a shocking discovery that will change everything, Murder on the Orient Express is sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats!
