Brian Dustman of the Lisbon Ruritan Club was honored with the prestigious Tom Downing Fellow Award Monday evening at the Guilford Lake Area Ruritan December meeting. This is the highest recognition given by the Ruritan National Foundation (RNF) and is presented to individuals who demonstrate unselfish personal effort and outstanding commitment to their Ruritan club and community.
