SR 154-SR 11 southbound on-ramp restriction planned
Beginning Tuesday, the southbound on-ramp from state Route 154 to state Route 11 will close daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for tree trimming operations. The detour is state Route 154 west to U.S. Route 30 east in Lisbon, then continue on U.S. Route 30 east to the state Route 11 southbound/U.S. Route 30 eastbound on-ramp, returning to state Route 11 south/U.S. Route 30 east. This daytime closure will remain in effect through Feb. 20. In the event of a snow and ice, the ramp will remain open to allow crews to perform necessary duties to plow and treat routes in Columbiana County.
