Emmanuel Lutheran George Washington program

Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Salem will present Curt Radabaugh in a portrayal of Gen. George Washington from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 26 in the church’s educational building, 251 S. Broadway Ave. The free event will celebrate 250 years of American independence. Children are welcome and light refreshments will be served. Columbiana County Port Authority meeting

The Columbiana County Port Authority will hold a special board meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday for the acceptance of a grant award. No other action will be taken. Anyone wishing to attend the public meeting must call the port office at 330-424-1800 x2 by 3 p.m. Monday to request instructions.
