Minerva’s annual Evening of Celtic Music and Dance returns March 28 to Roxy Theatre

MINERVA – The Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce will offer its 13th annual Evening of Celtic Music and Dance in the Roxy Theatre Saturday, March 28, at 7 p.m.
The event will feature the music of Ireland and Scotland, from traditional to contemporary, performed on Uilleann pipes, bouzouki, fiddle, penny whistle, guitar, bodhran, and vocals, as well as Irish and Scottish dancers.
Musicians will include traditional Irish band Bealtaine from Pittsburgh, Tom Freeland, Jim GraySmith, and Jordan GraySmith. Irish dancer Leigh Alexander will perform, and dancers from the Urquhart School of Scottish Dance will perform Scottish country dance and traditional Highland dance.
Traditional Irish and Scottish baked goods, including shortbread, scones, whiskey cake, and much more will be available by donation, and chances will be sold for a Celtic raffle basket.
Tickets are $10 each and are available at the Chamber office, 203 N Market St., or on minervachamber.ticketspice.com/an-evening-of-celtic-music-dance-2026. Unless the event is sold out, tickets will be available at the door. The Roxy is handicap accessible.
