Community Paper Shred

The Salem Public Library Community Paper Shred will be held from 10 a.m. to noon April 18 in the library’s parking lot at 821 E. State St. Salem Public Library is providing this opportunity to dispose of sensitive paperwork such as bank statements, old tax returns, receipts, canceled checks, etc. by having them shredded safely and conveniently by Protect-n-Shred of Cortland. There is no cost to the public to participate. Do not bring plastic, cardboard or newspapers to be shredded. Contact the library at 330-332-0042 for information.

Mile Branch ham loaf dinner

Mile Branch Grange, 495 Knox School Road, Alliance, will hold a drive-thru ham loaf dinner from 5 p.m. until sold out April 16. The meal includes ham loaf, scalloped potatoes, green beans, cole slaw and brownie for $12. No preorders. All meals will be first come, first served.

Bell Road culvert replacement

Bell Road for one mile starting at Fairfield School Road in Elkrun Township will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday for a culvert replacement.

Squeaky Wheel Finding Nemo JR

Squeaky Wheel Theater Company will present a special needs inclusive production of Finding Nemo JR. at The Columbiana Arts Theater (The CAT). This inspiring production is filled with joy, courage, and authenticity, as each performer brings their unique talents to the stage. Finding Nemo JR. is more than a show — it’s a powerful reminder that everyone belongs and everyone has the ability to shine. Showtimes include 7 p.m. April 17 and 18 and 2 p.m. April 19. The celebration begins early April 17 at 6 p.m. with a special red carpet event. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to cheer on the cast, take photos, and help kick off an incredible weekend of theater.
