Elections board meeting Monday

The Columbiana County Board of Elections will meet at 4 p.m. Monday at the Dickey Drive, Lisbon office to finalize plans for Tuesday’s primary election.

Johnson reappointed to board

Gov. Mike DeWine Friday reappointed David W. Johnson of Salem to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Board of Directors for a term beginning June 12, 2026, and ending June 11, 2029.

US 224, SR 534 repairs

The following routes have various lane restrictions for pavement repairs and resurfacing in Mahoning County: U.S. Route 224 between the Portage County line to state Route 534; and state Route 534 from U.S. Route 224 to the Trumbull County line. Estimated completion is mid-September.
