Clara Marie Frank was born Jan 14, 2026, to Sara and Herman Frank III. She is welcomed by her paternal grandparents, Peggy Sue Frank and the late Herman Frank II of Washingtonville; her maternal grandparents, Timothy Phlieger of Alliance and Anita Phlieger of Youngstown; and special friends, Lisa and George Fleegle of Pulaski, Pennsylvania.
