The chapter presented the four students with MOAA Commissioning Kits, which includes a set of Second Lieutenant Insignia, at the YSU ROTC Awards Breakfast on Thursday. The chapter’s next dinner meeting is May 21. Check-in starts at 5:30 p.m. and reservations are due May 12. Current, former and retired commissioned and warrant officers and their surviving spouses residing in northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania may attend at no cost.
