At the May meeting of United Local Schools Board of Education, Dawn Baker of the Ohio Auditor’s Office presented the Ohio Auditor of State Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting and Accountability to Melissa Baker, United Treasurer and her staff. Less than 10 percent of the school districts in Ohio receive this award. Baker noted that their hard work and dedication helped the Treasurer’s office earn this award.
